1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wife AI Chat at https://wifeai.chat. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    2. Age Requirement

    This is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the service.

    By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and will use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your location.

    3. Description of Service

    Wife AI Chat provides an AI companion roleplay service centered on conversation, character interaction, and relationship-style chat experiences for adults. Responses are generated by software and may be fictional, improvised, inaccurate, or inconsistent.

    The service is for entertainment and personal use. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support, and it should not be relied on for those purposes.

      4. User Accounts

      Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your account.

        Account Creation

        When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create an account for someone else without permission.

          Account Security

          You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your device. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly at legal@wifeai.chat and update your credentials without delay.

            5. Acceptable Use

            You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform to harm others, break the law, interfere with operations, or exploit the service in ways we have not authorized.

            • Do not upload, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
            • Do not generate or share non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, stalking content, or harassment
            • Do not threaten, abuse, defame, or target others with hateful or violent content
            • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, disrupt, or bypass security or moderation systems
            • Do not use the service for fraud, spam, impersonation, or illegal commercial activity
            • Do not submit personal data about another person without an appropriate legal basis or permission

            6. Content and Intellectual Property

            The service contains software, design, branding, prompts, interfaces, and other materials protected by intellectual property laws. Rights in the service remain with us or our licensors, except for rights you hold in content you submit.

              Our Content

              All site content, trademarks, logos, software, and platform features are owned by us or used under license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the service for personal, lawful use only.

                User-Generated Content

                You retain rights you may have in the text and material you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate law or these Terms.

                  7. Premium Features and Payments

                  Some parts of the service may require payment, including subscriptions, credits, or other premium features. Pricing, billing terms, and feature access will be presented at the time of purchase.

                    Subscription Plans

                    If you purchase a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee and any taxes on a recurring basis until cancellation. Access to paid features may change if a payment fails, a charge is reversed, or a plan ends.

                      Refunds

                      Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once billed or used. If you believe there was a billing error, contact legal@wifeai.chat promptly with enough detail for us to review the issue. Any discretionary refund does not obligate us to provide future refunds in similar cases.

                        8. Service Availability

                        We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available. Maintenance, updates, moderation actions, provider outages, and technical issues may affect access.

                        We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.

                          9. Limitation of Liability

                          To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

                          To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

                            10. Indemnification

                            You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wife AI Chat and its affiliates, service providers, officers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

                            This includes claims related to content you submit, your misuse of the platform, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

                              11. Termination

                              We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

                              You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

                                12. Changes to Terms

                                We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the site and the updated version will apply from the effective date shown by the service.

                                If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the platform or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

                                  13. Governing Law

                                  These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

                                  Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts that have competent jurisdiction over that operating jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
